However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, ELEGOO provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Please refer to the warranty policy below, as warranty periods and conditions vary depending on the model and parts list.

1. Consumable Parts

Consumable parts are either excluded from warranty coverage or covered under a limited warranty period. For the purpose of this policy, "consumables" are defined as disposable items, components, or parts of the Product that are inherently designed to deteriorate or wear out during normal use of the Product.

While these items may not be covered by the standard warranty or may have a limited warranty period as specified in the table above, we will gladly replace any consumable that fails due to a manufacturing defect, provided the printer itself is still under warranty. ELEGOO reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility for replacement, and such decisions shall be final.

2. Accessories or Parts Purchased Separately
Accessories or parts purchased separately enjoy the same quality assurance policy as the complete machine.

3. Warranty Periods
All periods stated on this page are calculated from the date the original order was received. 

4. Warranty Forfeiture
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
A. Products not purchased from ELEGOO or authorized ELEGOO distributors with a valid receipt or invoice.
B. Products that are lost or stolen.
C. Products whose warranty period has expired.
D. Free products or products that have been refunded.
E. Products repaired by a third party or modified by an individual.
F. Damage caused by external factors or misuse of products (including but not limited to resin leakage, falls, improper operation), normal discoloration, wear and tear, or other non-quality-related issues.
G. LCD screens that can not provide an identifiable SN code.
 
5. Warranty in Other Regions
For consumers protected by local consumer laws in their country of purchase, ELEGOO's Limited Warranty benefits are provided in addition to all rights and remedies under such laws, including but not limited to those described above. If local regulations specify a warranty period longer than our stated policy, the longer period will apply, and we will fully comply with local requirements to support our customers.

Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to return a product for a refund, please refer to the applicable scenarios below.

1. Before Your Order Ships
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped and receive a full refund.

2. While Your Order Is in Transit
If your order has already been shipped and a carrier interception request is unsuccessful, or if you refuse delivery of the package, you must wait until the package is returned to an ELEGOO-designated warehouse and inspected. Once the return has been verified, we will process your refund. In such cases, you will be responsible for both the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost incurred as a result of refusing the package. In addition, if the carrier imposes any extra charges on ELEGOO due to the refused delivery, you will also be responsible for those charges.

3. Within 14 Calendar Days of Delivery

Non-Quality-Related Issues:

Products that are unopened, unactivated, in brand-new condition, and with all original labels attached, as well as products that have been opened but remain unused, are eligible for return and refund. Products that have been used are not eligible for return or refund.

To the extent permitted by the applicable laws and regulations of your country or region, you will be responsible for all logistics costs, shipping fees, and related handling charges incurred during the return process.

If the returned product is found to be missing any key components, ELEGOO reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.

● Quality-Related Issues: 
If the product has a quality issue (including, but not limited to, major defects, manufacturing defects, or any other significant functional issues), or if the product is seriously damaged during transit (a damage report issued by the carrier must be provided to ELEGOO), you may request a refund, replacement, or repair. ELEGOO will cover the return shipping costs and any repair fees.


4. More Than 14 Calendar Days After Delivery and Within the Warranty Period
● Non-Quality-Related Issues: Returns and refunds are not accepted.

● Quality-Related Issues: You may request repair service. ELEGOO will cover the return shipping costs and any repair fees. Refunds and replacements are not available.

 

5. Outside the Warranty Period
If the product develops a quality issue outside the warranty period, you may request repair service. However, you will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and the repair fees. Refunds and replacements are not available.

 

 

Please note that returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

● Unauthorized Returns: Returns must be approved by our official customer service team. Unauthorized returns may be refused or lost, for which we are not responsible. Always contact customer service before sending anything back to ensure proper processing.

● Late Return Requests: Return requests made more than 14 calendar days after receipt will not be accepted.

● Incomplete or Damaged Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition — with all accessories, parts, gifts, tools, and packaging included. We cannot accept incomplete items, those showing damage (e.g., scratches, cracks, or deformation), or those with missing/damaged components. Returns will also be refused if the product is damaged due to improper repackaging or shipping. Note that failure to follow our packaging instructions may void the warranty and result in additional charges.

● User-Caused Damage: Returns will not be accepted if inspection shows the issue was caused by user error (e.g., physical impact, burnout, unauthorized modifications, liquid damage, incorrect installation, or improper use).

● Tampered Labels: Products with removed or altered labels, serial numbers, or anti-counterfeiting marks cannot be returned.

● Force Majeure: Products damaged by force majeure events, such as fire, flood, lightning, or traffic accidents, are not eligible for return.

● No Fault Found: If Elegoo's testing finds no fault with the product, the return will not be accepted.

● Missing Documentation: Returns without a valid purchase receipt or invoice, or with documents suspected to be forged or altered, will be refused.

● Non-Refundable Items: For products confirmed as non-refundable, customers may choose to have the defective product returned to them at their own shipping expense.

● Delayed Shipping: If the return shipment is not dispatched within 7 calendar days after approval, the return may be refused.

 

Additional Notes

● Once a qualified return is received, Elegoo will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment account. For certain payment methods, if a refund cannot be processed to the original account after 6 months, our customer service team will contact you via email to confirm an alternative refund method.

● These terms do not apply to pre-owned or refurbished products.

● Failure to submit a request within the specified periods constitutes a waiver of your right to return or exchange the product.

● Claims for missing products must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the shipping date. Claims after this period will not be processed.

● Elegoo does not provide support outside the original region/country of purchase. If customers seek service in another country or region, they will be responsible for all related costs.

● If your product is damaged, please do not attempt repairs without our guidance to avoid potential risks. Only perform repairs as instructed by our customer support team.

A. If you have opted for Worry-Free Delivery, you will receive a service email from Seel. For issues including lost, stolen, or logistics-related damaged products, please report your concerns via the dedicated Seel support email or contact Seel directly for assistance.

B. If you have not chosen Worry-Free Delivery, please contact our Customer Support Team for all return, refund, warranty, or order-related inquiries. We will verify the situation with the logistics carrier, assist with troubleshooting, and help file a claim if required.

To ensure timely processing of returns, refunds, or warranty claims, please include your order number, product model, and detailed issue description in all correspondence. All return requests must be pre-approved by our support team before shipping items back to our designated address.
