- Once the package has been dispatched, please promptly monitor its status. If you encounter any of the following situations, please contact us immediately to prevent exceeding the logistics channel's tracing period: the package status remains unchanged for over 7 days, or if the package has been signed for but not received by you.
- Upon receiving the goods, please ensure that the order is complete and undamaged. For any logistics inquiries, feel free to reach out to us without delay at info@elegoo.com. We will coordinate with the logistics company to verify the situation and assist you in filing a claim if necessary.
Shipping Restrictions
- Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk
1. Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot re-direct it. It is your responsibility to check and verify. Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss.
Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, otherwise your package can't be dispatched by any express.
2. For orders shipped to Brazil, South Korea, and Indonesia, the recipient must provide a valid number for customs clearance purposes:

Brazil: CPF (Individual Tax ID) / CNPJ (Business Tax ID)

South Korea: PCCC (Personal Customs Clearance Code)

Indonesia: NPWP (Tax ID) / NIK (National ID Number)
If customs clearance fails or the package is detained due to a missing, incorrect, or inaccurate tax ID, you shall bear all related liabilities and costs.
3. Typically, orders (excluding Pre-Orders) are sent to the warehouse 8 hours after placement. Orders sent to the warehouse are usually non-cancelable and unmodifiable. If you need to make changes, we'll attempt to arrange with the warehouse, but success is not guaranteed. Any costs arising from incorrect addresses or order cancellations are governed by our return and refund policies, for which you are responsible for payment.
4. Please ensure that you provide accurate information when placing your order and keep your phone line open. If a product is returned for the following reasons, we reserve the right to request payment for the return shipping and an additional re-delivery cost before we can resend the item to you:
A. If your package delivery fails because you did not contact the delivery company within 5 days of the delivery attempt.
B. If the delivery was unsuccessful due to an incorrect address.
Important Notice for International Orders Shipped from CN Warehouse
All prices shown on this website are exclusive of VAT and other taxes.
When you order products for shipment to destinations outside of Hong Kong and Macau, your order may be subject to Import Charges, which can include customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the customs authority or the courier in your destination country.
Such Import Charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon or prior to delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information about applicable duties and taxes before placing your order.

Q: If l order more than one product, will they be delivered at the same time?
A: Whenever posible, we ship products together. However, depending on product availability or shipping methods, items may arrive separately. A notification will be
